Perfectionist of the Greek Gods

What do you think if you heard the word perfect? In the dictionary the meaning of the word perfect is "Lacking nothing essential to the whole; complete of its nature or kind".For me if I hear the word perfect I think about Jesus. In the book Iliad the ancient Greeks belief that their Gods are wise and just,in my opinion the Greek Gods has also lack of something. In the books 7 and 8 it focus on the ritual and belief of the Greeks. For example in book 7 the exchange of arms of Hector and Ajax and thereby sealing an unsettled conflict with their friendship, dignity and respect for each other. In this example we see in the Greek culture the significance of friendship and beliefs for their Gods. And for this example I say that not all Gods are just and wise and the beliefs of the Greeks for their Gods.

The Iliad Battleground

For me Paris is the most honorable man for me because he fights for Helen until his last breath. Paris is portrayed as unskilled and cowardly. His brother Hector frequently criticizes him for this, though Paris readily admits his shortcomings in battle. The fact that he prefers to use a bow and arrow emphasizes this, since he does not follow the code of honor of the other heroes, and it is speculated that in order to hit Achilles, he hit him from behind. Paris was mortally wounded late on in the war by Philoctetes, Helen made her way to Mount Ida where she begged Paris's former lover Oenone to heal him.
