The Iliad Battleground
For me Paris is the most honorable man for me because he fights for Helen until his last breath. Paris is portrayed as unskilled and cowardly. His brother Hector frequently criticizes him for this, though Paris readily admits his shortcomings in battle. The fact that he prefers to use a bow and arrow emphasizes this, since he does not follow the code of honor of the other heroes, and it is speculated that in order to hit Achilles, he hit him from behind. Paris was mortally wounded late on in the war by Philoctetes, Helen made her way to Mount Ida where she begged Paris's former lover Oenone to heal him.

It is quite evident that the author of this blog has not read the book yet. The topic chosen was not discussed fully. In fact, most of the sentences included came from a source.
It is therefore advised that you begin reading the book. I'm confident you can do it.
I am looking forward to better discussion next week.
